Here are the things you'll need to do before you start at Lone Peak this year!

  • Log-in after August 1st in the Parent Side of the district’s student information system, SKYWARD.  (For a tutorial, click here.) Then complete the following:
    • Update parent e-mail address and other student info as needed.
    • Verify that you have electronically signed the “Acceptable Use Permission,” the “At Home Chromebook Checkout Permission,” and “Media Release” forms.
    • See your class schedule and locker assignment.
  • Beginning August 10th, pay fees in person at the Student Finance Office or through MySchoolFees.com If you have any questions or issues with making online payments, please see the FINANCE PAGE on the LPHS website or contact the finance office at 801-610-8810.
  • Check out the DISTRICT’S ’22-’23 SCHOOL DAYS CALENDAR as well as the SCHOOL’S GOOGLE CALENDAR for important dates about starting school.
  • Review your class schedule through SKYWARD. Class changes are possible only by working with your counselor. Please see the LPHS COUNSELING WEBSITE for specific details about class changes and making an appointment with your counselor.
  • Mark your calendar for School Picture Days, August 18th & 19th. All students will need to have their picture taken during their English class for the yearbook and school id card. More information about ordering pictures or packets is available from MyLifetouchPhotography.
  • Verify information about Chromebooks checked out to students by checking the following:
    • Review the CHROMEBOOK HELPS & GUIDES PAGE.
    • Returning Juniors and Seniors should make sure they have charged their School Chromebook before the start of the new year.
    • New students including incoming Sophomores will check out a school Chromebook to use for the year beginning on August 18th & 19th.
    • If needed or wanted, sign up for School Device Coverage Insurance which will cover any damage or problems to a student’s Chromebook during the school year.
  • If needed, read the PARKING POLICY and fill out a PARKING FORM from the FINANCE PAGE.
  • If needed, read about SCHOOL MEAL PLANS and set up a SCHOOL LUNCH ACCOUNT at the district’s NUTRITION SERVICES website.
  • Check for any other information starting on the home page of the LPHS website.
